What does a real estate virtual assistant do?

A real estate virtual assistant handles the administrative, marketing, transaction, and CRM tasks in your real estate business remotely. This includes CRM management, MLS listing uploads, lead follow-up, transaction coordination, social media scheduling, and email marketing — allowing agents to focus on showings and closings.

Is a Philippines-based VA good for real estate?

Pricing & Plans

How much does a real estate virtual assistant cost?

WVS plans start at $799/month for a part-time VA (80 hrs/month) and $1,499/month for a full-time dedicated VA (160 hrs/month). Team plans with two VAs start at $2,799/month. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.

Is there a long-term contract or cancellation fee?

No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no commitments, and no penalties. We earn your business every single month.

Are there setup fees?

No setup fees. Your monthly retainer covers everything — VA matching, onboarding, account manager access, platform training support, and all ongoing management. What you see is what you pay.

Services & Tasks

What tasks can my VA handle?

Your VA can handle CRM management, MLS listing uploads, transaction coordination, lead follow-up, social media scheduling, email campaigns, database cleanup, market reports, listing descriptions, property flyer design, open house follow-up, and 200+ additional tasks. We’ll build a custom task list during your onboarding call.

Can my VA use my CRM and real estate platforms?

Yes. Our VAs are trained on 20+ real estate platforms including KW Command, Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, SkySlope, Chime, Crexi, LoopNet, DocuSign, Canva, and more. If you use a platform we haven’t listed, we’ll train your VA on it during onboarding.

Can my VA handle transaction coordination?

Yes. Our TC VAs handle the full contract-to-close process — document collection, deadline tracking, lender and title communication, Dotloop/SkySlope management, and post-closing file archiving. Transaction coordination is available on all Growth and Team plans.

Process & Quality

How are VAs screened and hired?

All WVS VAs are college-educated, background-checked, and DISC-tested before joining our team. They then complete our real estate training program covering platforms, terminology, and workflows specific to US, Canadian, and Australian real estate before being matched with clients.

What if my VA isn't a good fit?

We’ll replace your VA at no extra cost, no questions asked. Our replacement guarantee is included on every plan. While we’re confident in our matching process, we’ll make it right if the fit isn’t perfect — quickly and without friction.

Can my VA work my timezone (US/CA/AU)?

Yes. Your VA is scheduled to work your local business hours — whether you’re in EST, PST, MST, AEST, or any other timezone. Real-time communication and same-day turnaround are standard expectations for all WVS VAs.
