Yes. The Philippines is the world’s leading source of real estate virtual assistants. Filipino VAs are college-educated, English-proficient, and widely trained on real estate platforms like KW Command, Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, and MLS systems. We serve one industry: real estate. Not healthcare, HR, or e-commerce. Every training program, platform integration, and VA hire is designed specifically for agents, brokers, and teams. Pricing & Plans

WVS plans start at $799/month for a part-time VA (80 hrs/month) — that’s a starting rate of around $10/hr. Full-time plans (160 hrs/month) are $1,299/month. Team plans with two full-time VAs are $2,499/month. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. See the full pricing page for everything included.

No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no commitments, and no penalties. We earn your business every single month.

No setup fees. Your monthly retainer covers everything — VA matching, onboarding, account manager access, platform training support, and all ongoing management. What you see is what you pay.

We build your custom task list during onboarding based on your specific workflow and priorities.

Yes. Our VAs are trained on 20+ real estate platforms including KW Command, Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, SkySlope, Chime, kvCORE, Crexi, LoopNet, DocuSign, Canva, and more. If you use a platform not on our standard list, we’ll train your VA on it during onboarding.

Yes. Our TC VAs handle the full contract-to-close process — document collection, deadline tracking, lender and title communication, Dotloop/SkySlope management, and post-closing file archiving. Process & Quality

All WVS VAs are college-educated, background-checked, and DISC-assessed before joining our team. They then complete our real estate training program covering platforms, terminology, and workflows specific to US, Canadian, and Australian real estate before being matched with clients. We’ll replace your VA at no extra cost, no questions asked. Our replacement guarantee is included on every plan. While we’re confident in our matching process, we’ll make it right quickly and without friction if the fit isn’t perfect.

No. We provide all real estate industry training — platforms, workflows, and terminology. During your onboarding call, you share your specific processes and preferences. Your VA arrives ready to work, not ready to learn the basics.

Yes. Your VA is scheduled to work your local business hours — whether you’re in EST, PST, MST, AEST, or any other timezone. Real-time communication and same-day turnaround are standard expectations for all WVS VAs.

Most clients are matched with a VA and begin onboarding within 5–7 business days of starting. The onboarding process includes platform access setup, SOP documentation, and a kickoff call — so your VA is executing real tasks within the first week.
